UK Online are owned by BSKYB and offer a range of broadband products from their basic Lite Broadband through to Broadband Premier which has speeds of up to 16Mb and upload speeds of up to 1Mb. UK Online not only offer good broadband speeds they have a reputation for good customer service and have UK based call centres who can be contacted on a free phone number.

UK Online use ADSL2+ technology enabling them to deliver faster broadband speeds than traditional ADSL broadband providers. They also offer low contention ratios of between 20:1 and 33:1. All packages come with unlimited download limits.

Broadband from UK Online has been great. I definitely fall into the heavy broadband usage category and UK Online has been more than up to the job. It gets as close to the advertised speed as any ISP I’ve used. Well done UK Online, the connoisseurs choice of broadband!!

I wasn't entirely satisfied with my last broadband provider so had been considering switching broadband provider for a while and UK Online seemed decent value at a £10 a month. I can download loads of music tracks really quickly and have unlimited downloads to can happily leave the connection open downloading as long as I like. I'm not the most technical so was really pleased that the technical suppport weren't patronising and just helped me get online with minimal fuss and in plain english.

Have been with these guys for 2 months now, great speeds, possibly beciuse as they have a much lower contention ratio than most providers - they come highly recommended.
