About TalkTalk Broadband

Talk Talk broadband UK is part of the consumer division of the Carphone Warehouse Group who also own AOL UK.

TalkTalk broadband is know for it's innovative offers including free broadband and more recently free laptops of PS3 games consoles. Talk Talk broadband packages include line rental which is payable to BT with other ADSL broadband providers.

Talk Talk has suffered from poor customer service in the past but the company is now making a real effort to turn this around.

Great value for money. I have saved £15 a month switching from BT to TalkTalk. I'm getting an average of 3mb now, where as with BT I was struggling to get 2mb! No complaints from me.

I was never a big TalkTalk fan but the speeds and customer service have improved. It's still not great but is a step in the right direction. Not sure if I'll stay with TalkTalk or not.

The set up took forever and was one problem after another and it's not got much better since. My broadband runs at a about 2Mb which is no where near the 8Mb I see them advertising. Annoying and frustrating.
