Pipex used to be good but they have definitely got worse, the problems really started after they were bought by Tiscali. I changed last month to Plusnet which has been much better in terms of both customer service, speed and reliability.

I've been with Pipex for a numner of years and used to love the service but have found it has gone downhill dramatically recently with speed slowing down and the customer service is a joke.

I've never had any problems with Pipex, I've been with them 18 months and am happy with every aspect of the service.
