Mobile Broadband Customer Satisfaction Award 2011

This award is based on ratings customers gave their mobile broadband provider before running a speed test on the Broadband Expert website and is based on over 32,000 customer ratings during 2011.

With an impressive average score of 72/100 3 mobile broadband customers were the happiest with their service provider and the winners of this category. Whilst Orange recorded the lowest score this was still a respectable of 59%. This still represents a huge shift in customer satisfaction with many early adopters of mobile broadband being unhappy, it appears that increasing speeds and coverage are resulting in more and more of us having a service we are happy with. Runner up in this category was O2 with a customer rating of 65%.
