Good customer service & speeds

I've read the other reviews and have to say I'm very happy with Madasafish. I've had no problems with the connection in 2 years. Call centre staff where helpful and efficient when I called them to resolve a billing problem.

Madasafish used to be excellent but the last few months the speed of my connection as been really eratic, fast one day and slow the next. I'm slightly relcutant to change as they have been really good until recently and their customer service is very good.

The call centre fobbed me off when I complained about slow speeds. I'll be asking for my MAC code so I can switch to a better broadband supplier when my contract is up for renewal.
