Eclipse Broadband Customer Reviews

Good customer service but slow connection

14th October 2007 by Duncan Hickey

I've had a few problems with Eclipse and the speeds have been pretty average but it's refreshing to speak to good customer service people from the UK who answer calls quickly and are genuinely helpful. I used to be with TalkTalk and where the customer service was a joke and Eclipse is definitely an improvment.

  Time up Eclipse

29th January 2008 by Ms Hutton

Eclipse used to be really good; I've been with them for 3 years and have noticed the level of service and reliability have dropped over the years. My download speed is really slow now and they can't get to the bottom of the problem. I'm fed up of the connection slowing right down or dropping off. I'm looking to switch to Be, Plusnet or UK Online who seem to perform best from the research I've done.
