Have been with these guys for 2 months now, great speeds, possibly beciuse as they have a much lower contention ratio than most providers - they come highly recommended.

I wasn’t entirely satisfied with my last broadband provider so had been considering switching broadband provider for a while and UK Online seemed decent value at a £10 a month. I can download loads of music tracks really quickly and have unlimited downloads to can happily leave the connection open downloading as long as I like. I’m not the most technical so was really pleased that the technical suppport weren’t patronising and just helped me get online with minimal fuss and in plain english.

Broadband from UK Online has been great. I definitely fall into the heavy broadband usage category and UK Online has been more than up to the job. It gets as close to the advertised speed as any ISP I’ve used. Well done UK Online, the connoisseurs choice of broadband!!

Very good as unreliable and 99.9% up at constant 8Mb, only had one problem ever when BT messed up UKOnlineLLU equipment…

It does as it says on the tin,since go live no problems at all,very stable,fast,24/7 low latency if you ask for fast path,(gr8 for online games)no ports blocked,so also good for p2p as well,one of the best isp’s around today
