The worst

Toucan has got to be the worst service provider out there. Poor speeds, poor connection and they are incompetent to the nth degree.
Worse than dial up

I am lost for words as to how bad Toucan’s service. The connection is always up and down, when it does work I rarley get speeds over 1mb when I’m supposed to get 8mb. The customer service is terrible and I cant wait to switch as soon as my contract runs out.

This has to be the worst internet provider ever, Started of ok.
broadband speed download was between 3 and 4 megs and upload was around 400 and 600 mbps, I am now at download speed of 0.89mbps and upload of 0.28mbps so I’am paying for broadband speed but getting dial up speed. I tried to speak to them about the problem and i was promised it would be investigated that was over 4 months ago and still no reply and when i rang you get passed from one department to the other.
My advise is KEEP AWAY AT ALL COST
