I use Demon broadband at home ans for my small business and have found it to be exceptional. I had a few problems setting up my home connection and spent a while in the phone to the call cntre but once set up speeds have been good (double what I had with my previous ISP) and the conneciton hasn’t dropped once. I signed up for their business package having been impressed with my home demon package and it has been equally good.

I’ve got nothing but praise for Demon. In 2 years my connection hasn’t been down once and speeds have been decent. On the one occasion I spoke to technical support, when I was setting up the connection, they we’re polite, helpful and quickly resolved the problem. Top marks.

I’ve been a Demon customer for about 5 years. In the last year, the service has become appalling. I work from home, using their “Home Office’ product. It’s no joke now, my work is suffering.
My connection drops out at least 10 times a day, and the speed has gradually got worse and worse. It was down to 0.1mbps yesterday - I should be able to get 6.0mbps. To make matters worse, the technical support has been outsourced to India and it’s so painful to have to go through the ‘flow-chart’ approach to solving problems, when before you could speak to someone with technical knowledge and common sense.
And one more thing, their billing system is in disarray as they’re trying to get their online billing to work.
I’ve tried and tried to get these problems resolved but I’ve had enough and now I’m off.

Benn with them for 5+years.
Excellent service, has only been down 3 times, max of 2hrs in that time.
Would have used others but would be loath to use anyone else now.
Only had to call help desk once when BT/Talk Talk messed up my phone line, very quick and helpful service.
