Virgin Media customers could find themselves ‘tickled’ pink

Customers of Virgin Media could find that there are some treats in store for them after the broadband and media giant announced its ‘tickles’ campaign to reward loyalty.

There are many people who have been with their broadband and communications provider for many years but have never received any form of thanks for their loyalty. However, this could be about to change, as one of the media giants, Virgin Media, launches a new campaign to reward customers for their loyalty and increase customer retention.

Virgin also has a great reputation for services and products, receiving fewer complaints than other major providers and offering innovative services to suit a wide range of needs. The new ‘tickled’ campaign will help to ensure that the provider’s customers are even more delighted with Virgin than they were before, as they could find themselves in line for some fabulous gifts.

The lucky customers that are chosen by Virgin will receive ‘tickles’ that will come in the form of some great freebies, which could range of free TiVo subscriptions to forty inch state of the art TVs. The campaign is set to being in October and people will be able to recognise messages and letters that are part of the campaign as they will have a red feather theme.

Jeff Dodds, executive director of brand and marketing, Virgin Media, said: “Our priority is putting our customers first and we think this is a great way to remind them – and tell those thinking of joining us – why Virgin Media adds up to great value now and in the long term. This is not just a single campaign but a manifestation of our long-standing focus on ensuring that loyal customers feel looked after. We want to acknowledge and reward them with some fantastic extras.”

If you get tickled will you be more likely to stay with Virgin?
