It has been revealed that the communications and broadband giant Talk Talk is planning to host a couple of social media related events at its Customer Experience Centre in London.

As many people already know social media has become increasingly important for both casual internet users and businesses, and many people fail to make the most of what social media has to offer. However, one communications and broadband giant is hoping to rectify this by hosting events that will allow users to learn more about social media.

The two events are being hosted by the broadband and communications giant Talk Talk, and will be held in July at its Customer Experience Centre, which is located in London. The events were revealed in an official blog posting by the Talk Talk communications director, Mark Schmid. He said that both bloggers and businesses in the area would be able to learn more about social media and its benefits by attending the events.

The first event is to be held at the centre on July 13th, and this one will be aimed at businesses. The first event will enable business representatives to learn more about social media marketing, find out more about the benefits and opportunities that social media marketing can provide, and receive expert advice from specialists that will be on hand throughout the event.

The second event will be held on the following day, on July 14th, and this one will be aimed at bloggers. The second event will give bloggers the opportunity to get together and discuss ideas that could be beneficial to all sorts of websites.
Schmid also said that anyone that had not yet visited the centre should take the time to do so, stating: “It’s open Monday to Saturday and you can check emails, watch the World Cup or Wimbledon on the big screen and have a cup of coffee – all for free!”
