Leading broadband provider Talk Talk has taken broadband customer service to a new level by opening a bricks and mortar help and advice centre in the trendy Soho area of London.

For many broadband users in the UK trying to get advice, help, and support when problems are being experienced can be an extremely frustrating, time consuming, and costly experience. However, one Internet provider has taken customer service to a new level, and is providing person to person support for customers by opening a new bricks and mortar support centre in the heart of London.

The advice centre has been opened by broadband provider Talk Talk, and the first of its advice centres has been opened in the trendy Soho areas of London. The Customer Experience Centre opened last week, and help and advice on broadband are amongst the things that consumers can benefit from when they use the centre.

Anyone that wants to talk about their Talk Talk broadband service is invited to drop in to the centre and talk to one of the trained Talk Talk experts that will be on hand at the building. The centre also welcomes those that are not currently subscribed to Talk Talk, and if they wish these visitors can sign up to a broadband service with Talk Talk when they visit the centre.

Customers can even take advantage of the refreshments and free WiFi access that is offered in the building. For many people the ability to actually talk to someone face to face in order to resolve broadband problems will prove invaluable, as many find the experience of trying to sort these issues out over the phone very stressful.
