Mobile communications giant T-Mobile has recently come out on top in a mobile broadband poll that was carried out by YouGov, which involved votes from nearly three thousand users.

According to a recent report a survey was recently carried out by YouGov involving nearly three thousand respondents who voted on various aspects of mobile broadband from a range of provider. The results of the survey saw communications giant T-Mobile come out on top for its mobile broadband services.

The survey was carried out in April of this year, and respondents were asked to vote on thirteen different categories. In six of the categories that were voted on T-Mobile came out on top, winning more of the categories than its rival providers. The mobile giant came joint first for customer service, and top in categories including ease of use, billing, and installation. It also received votes for its network coverage area, and officials from the firm put this down to the investment that it has made in its networks.

The company also enjoyed success in a previous survey that was carried out earlier in the year. One official from T-Mobile stated: “Coming top in two consecutive rounds of YouGov research shows that customers recognise and value T-Mobile’s range of simple plans, attention to customer care and the reassurance that no matter how often they access the internet, they will never pay more than their monthly flat rate.”

He added that T-Mobile is continually striving to offer its customers the best service possible, and provide them with total freedom when it comes to mobile broadband and Internet usage. The company offers a range of mobile broadband deals for customers to choose from, allowing users to choose the most suitable package for their needs, circumstances, and budgets.
