Orange mobile broadband offers best quality and value for money

According to recent reports Orange has been named the best mobile broadband provider in the UK by a recently performed YouGov survey.

When it comes to getting mobile broadband services consumers are always on the lookout for a great quality product and service coupled with excellent value for money. The results of a recent survey has now suggested that consumers could enjoy all of these benefits from the mobile communications giant Orange, which has been named the best mobile broadband provider in the UK following the survey.

The survey was carried out by YouGov, and Orange was named number one for overall quality of its mobile broadband services as well as for value for money. The provider also did very well in nine out of fifteen other categories, which included network coverage and ease of use.

An official from Orange described the rating from the study as a “real honour and fantastic achievement”. He added: “We’re committed to delivering a consistent and high quality user experience and have shown that we also offer great value for money with propositions starting from less than £5 per month.”

The provider added that the result was partly due to its recent drive to try and improve customer service and change pricing to make the mobile broadband services more affordable to a greater number of consumers in the current financial climate. New deals launched over recent months included a mobile broadband dongle for under five pounds a month, which came with 500MB monthly usage allowance on an eighteen month contract. This is the second time in a row that Orange has taken the top spot in this survey.
