Mobile communications giant Orange has launched the offer of a combined laptop and mobile broadband package designed for businesses.
With the mobile broadband industry really taking off the mobile communications giant Orange has recently announced the launch of a laptop and mobile broadband package that is designed for small and medium sized businesses.
The new package from Orange will come in three different variations to suit a variety of different business needs and budgets. The packages offer either an ICON 225 USB stick or a SIM card to enable users to get mobile Internet access.
The laptop/mobile broadband packages from Orange will also include five hundred minutes of monthly WiFi allowance, as well as an unlimited data allowance. The WiFi minutes can be used at Orange hotspots all across the UK, providing business consumers with increased mobility and convenience.
Consumers will get the laptop in with the Orange package, and the model is an HP one, which comes with a business version of Windows Vista. The contract is for a two year period, and the price is between thirty five and forty five pounds a month depending on the laptop that is chosen by the consumer. The new bundle packages are known as the Connected Laptop business bundles.
Orange UK vice president for business Paul Tollet stated: “In the current economic climate, businesses are demanding the capability to work flexibly at a reasonable price. Businesses can literally be up and running the moment they open the box.” He added: “Laptops are a natural extension to our existing product portfolio. We now offer our customers a totally flexible approach to business. Whether they want to manage their mobile working with a simple, affordable SIM-only tariff, want email on their phone or need total business laptop functionality, Orange can deliver it.”
