Orange makes broadband and phone price promise
Mobile network and broadband provider Orange has given its broadband and home phone customers a price promise that will ensure that they are always getting the best value for money.

Many customers are disappointed to find that if their broadband and home phone provider lowers the price of the package they are on the new price is not applied to their existing one, and is only offered to new customers. However, this is something that network operator and broadband provider Orange is hoping to resolve with a new price promise for its customers that will help to ensure that they are always getting the best value for money.
The new price promise comes into effect right away and is offered to all of the company’s home broadband and landline customers. Under the new price promise Orange will automatically reduce the price of customers’ broadband and phone plans in the event that it starts offering the plans at a lower price. This means that both new and existing customers will benefit from any price drops rather than just new customers.
An official from the firm said: “We realise that times are financially hard for many and that several of our rivals are actually increasing the price of their service this New Year. So we want to reassure our customers that we’ll do all we can to maintain our best value offers, and what better way than with a price commitment that really does show we mean it.”
A broadband industry official said: “Orange’s broadband and phone bundles are great for existing Orange mobile customers and it’s new Price Promise, will give useful peace of mind for its customers in these cost conscious times.”
