Samsung NC10 receives great reviews
The small and compact Samsung NC10 netbook, which is available from O2 as part of a mobile broadband contract has been attracting some great reviews.
Like many other mobile broadband providers, the mobile communications giant O2 has been offering some great incentives along with certain mobile broadband packages, and this includes a choice of laptops and netbooks after teaming up with technological giant Samsung earlier this year.
One of the netbooks that the mobile giant has been offering with its mobile broadband packages is the small and compact Samsung NC10, which is the smaller of the models that the company offers with its mobile broadband contracts. And it seems that the NC10 has been receiving some very good reviews, having attracted an increasing amount of attention over recent weeks.
The Samsung NC10 comes with a 10.2 inch screen, a sleek design, an Intel Atom N270 Processor, Windows XP Home Edition, and 1GB of RAM. In addition this model weighs just 1.3 kg, adding to its portability. One reviewer who tested the NC10 with an O2 Broadband USB modem described it as being ‘the best our there’. The review also praised the battery life of the NC10, with the reviewer stating: “Battery life is up to seven hours for light use, and nearly four for heavy use. Many mini laptops flag at around two hours.”
On the Gadget Show on Channel 5 the NC10 was also put through its paces, as it went up against several other models. Again, it received great reviews, and was voted the best mini-laptop on the market. One of the judges that picked out the NC10 as the winner said: “It’s a substantial little netbook, the keyboard is lovely and easy to use and the mouse works beautifully”.
