O2 launches new mobile broadband package
Communications giant O2 has recently announced the launch of a new mobile broadband package, which also includes home broadband
Recent reports have speculated over how mobile broadband bundle packages will evolve over the coming year, with this new technology having gained increasingly popularity over recent months. Mobile communications giant O2 has now announced the launch of a mobile broadband package, which comes with a range of benefits.
The mobile broadband package from O2 will cost twenty pounds a month, and this includes unlimited Wi-Fi and 3GB of data. Customers that take up on the deal will also receive home broadband service from O2 for one year completely free of charge. Customers will have two options when it comes to signing up. For those that do not want to commit a dongle can be purchased for £99. However, for those that are prepared to sign up to an eighteen month contract, which means that for the last six months they would have to pay for their home broadband, a free 3G USB dongle is available.
The offer is available to those living within the O2 Home Broadband network, which equates to around sixty percent of households, who sign up for the deal between 1st August and 31st October of this year. O2 has also launched another package, called ‘Broadband in a Box’, and this will be sold via retail outlets.
One official from O2 stated: “Whether our customers are watching a video or playing a game online at home, or browsing the internet on their laptop while on the move, our combined Broadband package is the perfect combination to help them stay connected wherever they are.”
