Recent surveys relating to customers satisfaction with broadband internet providers have seen O2 come up trumps yet again topping the charts in a study that was carried out in February of this year.

With so many broadband providers around these days competition amongst these providers has become tough. In a bid to win more custom than their rival providers, the various broadband and internet providers have been aiming to provide the best deals, best levels of service, and most efficient services to those that are looking for broadband services.

A recent poll was carried out amongst consumers in relation to broadband services. The survey was carried out by the comparison company uswitch, and the results of the customer satisfaction survey saw one broadband provider come out clearly on top. The survey was carried out in February of this year and involved polling seven and a half thousand consumers.

The provider that enjoyed this huge success was O2, which came out on top in ten out of the eleven categories included in the survey, and came second in the eleventh category. This put O2 firmly on top, beating off rivals such as Sky Broadband, Plusnet, and Virgin Media.

In the Overall Satisfaction category O2 came out on top, scoring an impressive ninety two percent. Plusnet came second in this category following by Sky Broadband, with the providers scoring eighty seven percent and eighty six percent respectively. A number of different areas were looked at as part of the survey, and this included technical support, broadband speeds, customer service levels, reliability, and value for money.
