Another award for O2
Mobile network and broadband provider O2 has scooped another award recently after being honoured as Best Technology Services Provider at the Which? awards.
O2 broadband and mobile network provider have won a number of awards for its services over recent years. The provider is now able to add another award to its list of successes after winning an award at the recent Which? awards. The provider beat off tough competition to win the award, which was given to the provider for its superior performance.
The award that was scooped by O2 at the Which? awards was for Best Technology Services Provider of this year. Also shortlisted for the award were the Utility Warehouse and PlusNet, which also offer a range of services like O2.
With O2 consumers are able to enjoy a range of services from mobile phone services to home and mobile broadband.
Having fared very well in a number of customer satisfaction polls carried out across the country, O2’s customer service levels were part of the reason that it bagged this prestigious title from Which? It was also picked because of its excellent home broadband services and mobile services. The Chief Executive Officer of Which?, Peter Vicary-Smith, said that the products offered by O2 offered great value for money and the levels of service that the company offered were superior.
