The abilities of a company are boosted by broadband phone services
It has recently been advised that many business are now being given the chance to allow the staff they value the most the ability to stay in constant touch with the company by offering them mobile broadband services or other similar technologies.
One key example of how everyone can now have access to flexible options is the use of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) according to a spokesman for Dimension Data, a company specialising in information technology services allows companies to better support manage telecommunication networks by helping them build infrastructures.
These systems can be highly sought after by businesses that are look to improve the relationship they currently have with their clients and are also look to offer more support to their staff explained Howard Spink, the UK director for customer interactive solutions at Dimension Data.
The overall cost of communications would be impacted by failure to implement VoIP and companies could also damage their levels of flexibility and make themselves less attractive to new customers added Mr Spink.
It was also noted by Mr Spink that many companies would now see that there was a much stronger argument for mobile broadband now than there was in the past when considering it as a tool for improved client support and retention.
He concluded by saying “If you look at it, it’s about people seeing the benefits that were being promised. So, now people actually start to see the benefits being implemented or driven by good implementation by trusted partners,” he concluded.
It was also revealed that 39 percent of users that had access to VoIP were using the product to make low-cost international calls, whereas 19 percent of users were simply using it in order to bypass international roaming charges, according to recent survey carried out by Kineto Wireless.
