Epitiro to analyze mobile broadband services in UK
It has been announced that the UK’s communications regulator, Ofcom, has asked Epitiro to monitor the performance of mobile broadband services within the UK.
Mobile broadband services have become a vital and valuable tool for many people that are based in the UK, but in order to ensure that consumers get to enjoy the best quality mobile broadband services possible it is important for authorities to monitor the performance of these services.
It has recently been announced that the UK’s communications regulator, Ofcom, has decided to choose Epitiro to carry out an analysis of the mobile broadband market in the UK. The project will involve measuring and benchmarking the performance of the various UK mobile network operators who offer mobile broadband services.
An official from Epitiro said that the company was excited to be undertaking the work on behalf of the communications regulator, and has gathered valuable experience through working with companies such as BT, Virgin Media, and a wide range of other companies both in the UK and abroad. This experience and expertise will allow the company to effectively carry out the research on behalf of Ofcom.
The project is set to take place between now and January of next year, and once the data has been compiled by Epitiro Ofcom will be looking to produce a report on the performance of mobile broadband providers and services. An Epitiro spokesperson said: “Epitiro has developed consumer experience analysis technology specifically for the mobile industry. We’re excited to be undertaking this essential research for Ofcom.”
