Madasafish now comprises Global Internet
Brightview, which is the parent company of Madasafish and Global Internet, has announced that as from the end of October of this year both brands will come under the Madasafish brand. Although the Global Internet name will now switch to Madasafish customers of both brands have been reassured that there will be no real changes to worry about as a result of the two brands coming together under one name.
Customers of both Madasafish and Global Internet will be able to continue with their price package and will continue to receive the same service. Both Global Internet and Madasafish have been operating under the Brightview network since 2002, and this means that there will be no real disruption or change other than the change to the name of Global Internet.
Existing Global Internet email addresses, domain names, and hosted websites will continue as are, so customers will not have to worry about any disruption. The move is due to take place on 31st October this year. Customer that do have any concerns about the name change or how this may affect them are advised to contact Madasafish either via their website or by phone. There is also a useful FAQ section on the website that will address many customer concerns.
As part of its FAQ online to help customers Brightview officials have stated: “Global Internet and Madasafish have shared the same technical platform since 2002, so merging the two ISPs will not affect the service that you’re currently receiving. Your Global Internet email address will not change. Your website address and domain name, if you have taken advantage of these features, will not change. Additionally the cost of your current service will not change.”
