Dell Mini 10 goes on sale at supermarket
The new Dell Mini 10 netbook has gone on sale online with a leading supermarket, and is available at a far cheaper price than many other laptops and netbooks.
According to recent reports one major supermarket in the UK, Tesco, is now selling the Dell Mini 10 netbook via its online store, and the price tag that it has put on the new offering from Dell is £349. Officials have stated that considering the various benefits that come with the new netbook from Dell the price that is attached to the device is very reasonable.
Dell had previously not given much away with regards to the specifications of the new Dell Mini 10, but the supermarket has provided details of the specifications on its website so that customers can now see just what they will be getting for their £349. Amongst the extras that are said to come with the laptop are multitouch trackpad and built in GPS.
The Dell Mini 10 also comes with 1GB RAM and 160GB hard drive according to the data provided by Tesco. The device also comes with a HD-friendly 720p glass screen with 16:9 resolution. Officials have said that considering the price of many entry level laptop computer such as the Sony Vaio the price of the netbook is relatively low given the extras that come with it.
Customers that want to get their hands on the Dell Mini 10 will be able to place their orders through Tesco online, and will also be able to get three hundred and forty nine club card points when they make their purchase. The netbook also comes with other features such as a television tuner, Wi-Fi and mobile broadband connection, and will run on Windows XP.
