He stated: “We want customers to be able to communicate with BT easily and know that communication over the telephone doesn’t work for everyone.” The communications giant believes that the service will prove very popular with its customers, particularly given the problems that many broadband customers across the board have when it comes to resolving issues quickly and painlessly.
