New VoIP service does SMBs to be launched by O-bit Telecom
The launch of Purple Networx, which is an end-to-end Voice over Internet Protocol solution that has been designed for small and medium businesses, was recently announced by a voice and data broadband network solutions provider, O-Bit telecom.
Officials have advised that all the benefits of VoIP will be provided by this new broadband-based solution including hosted or customer premises equipment version, Session Initiation Protocol terminating service, Hosted PBX, single user/residential, Wireless Fidelity, voice quality broadband, mobile integration, and the ability to choose from thousands of geographic numbers.
It was also noted that it will be able to provide users with all the components that can normally be found in VoIP solutions because all the networking technologies used by O-bit telecom have been combined on the Purple Networx. SMBs are also able to benefit from cheaper or even free calls without any infrastructure requirements or capital outlay because Purple Networx’ own dedicated internet access and voice and broadband networks have been incorporated off its own network backbone.
The ability for businesses to retain their own numbers when changing locations, easy to use online interface for administration, cheaper UK and international call charges, free calls to any other Purple Networx businesses and free between site calls are some of the most important benefits of this solution.
In a recent statement the CEO of O-bit Telecom, Dave Breith said “We are offering a solution to our customers, which will seamlessly meet their communication requirements. By adding this offering to our portfolio we can now provide customers with an alternative to traditional voice telephony and ensure we are flexible enough to meet any of their business communication requirements.”
Any devices that communicate over IP like mobiles, softphones or IP PBX can be added to the network because the Purple Networx IP Switch Network is vendor independent.
