Partners are also able to tailor their offers to suit the needs of their customer as additional services can be added to its standard broadband packages. The premium service can have mobile calls, international calls and unlimited peak or off-peak calls added to it. An online web package that gives users 1GB of web space, a domain name and 20 webmail based email boxes, each with a capacity of 250MB and also an 0800 number service can also be offered to customers by the partners.
This gives partners an easy way to build solutions to meet their customers’ needs by adding to the basic broadband packages and each of the services cost just £6 per month to add.
