Choice of free laptops on offer from Carphone Warehouse
Carphone Warehouse has recently launched an offer that gives consumers a choice of free laptops when they sign up for certain broadband deals
With more and more providers offering broadband services in the UK competition for providers has become increasingly stiff, and in order to try and entice customers many have offered a range of freebies and special deals in the past. In a recently launched deal the Carphone Warehouse is now giving consumers the chance to enjoy a choice of free laptops when they sign up to certain broadband packages.
Carphone Warehouse ran a similar deal for consumers that signed up for broadband with AOL in the past, but consumers were only able to have one particular model for their free laptop. However, this time there are six laptop models to choose from, and customers will also be able to pay extra and take home a higher spec model. There is a choice of seven providers that consumers can sign up with in order to qualify for the free laptop offer.
The choice of seven providers that consumers can sign up to for their broadband in order to qualify for the free laptop offer includes Orange, T-Mobile, 3, and Talk Talk amongst others. The free laptop offers has been launched in one hundred stores and is set to be rolled out to eight hundred stores by the summer.
An official from the Carphone Warehouse said that the launch of the free laptop offer “is very significant.” He added: “This is only the start. We are doing with laptops and broadband what we did with mobile phones”. Similar offers have been run previously by Carphone Warehouse and PC World, and reports have suggested that the offer of free laptops with broadband packages has proven very popular with consumers.
