Brits still failing to compare deals on broadband
Despite the economic crisis and the financial problems facing many households it has been revealed that a majority of Brits are still failing to compare deals on broadband in order to get the best broadband packages at the best prices.
As many people know the cost and benefits of different broadband packages can vary from one Internet Service Provider to another. This means that one person could end up paying far less than another for the same sort of package, or some people could end up getting far more for their money than others depending on the provider and package that they opt for.
However, despite the fact that many people are looking to try and save money in the current financial climate it has been revealed that the majority of consumers in the UK are still failing to compare broadband deals to get the best one for their needs at the best price possible. In fact, reports claim that around seventy percent of Brits are still failing to compare broadband deals.
Industry officials have said that taking the time to compare broadband deals can really pay off in the long run, but many people are still failing to take this advice. A survey was carried out into why people were failing to compare broadband deals and providers, and a large number of those interviewed said that they didn’t want to change their broadband provider because they were happy with the service that they were receiving.
However, around ten percent of those that were polled as part of the survey said that the reason that they hadn’t compared different deals and service providers was because they simply couldn’t be bothered to do so.
