24Mbps broadband access available from IDNET
It has recently been announced that the broadband provider, IDNET, is now offering a higher speed broadband service with 24Mbps and greater data allowances.
There are many different broadband packages on offer these days, and when looking at which package will best suit our needs most of us look not only at the price of the package but also at the speeds offered by the providers and the data download limits that are in place. One provider has recently announced the launch of a higher speed package along with upgraded data allowance, which could suit some users looking for improvement in their broadband access.
According to recent reports the Internet Service Provider IDNET is now offering 24Mbps broadband and is also offering upgraded data allowances. Depending on the strength and quality of users’ telephone lines the upstream rate offered by IDNET will be 1.4Mb. The ISP has also said that it can provide additional bandwidth to users without charging them any extra in terms of cost.
This is good news for users, as it means that they will be able to download greater amounts of content such as video clips, movies, and music as a result of the increased data allowance and the extension of off peak limits by the provider. However, there will be a one off charge for those that do want to upgrade, and this will be a charge of around £12.65 from BT.
IDNET is an Internet Service Provider that is committed to providing high quality services and packages to both small businesses and home offices in the UK. The BT charge of £12.95 will be waived for those that pay for their connection on an annual basis, which for many IDNET customers could mean saving some money on their broadband connection.
