IT support services at home now offered by Be broadband

In order to provide IT support services to users in their own home the UK broadband service provider, Be Broadband has recently announced that it is teaming up with Geeks-on-Wheels.

This new service will help users to resolve issues relating to IT, including Hardware and software configuration, recovering data from crashed hard disk drive and clearing viruses and spyware from infected systems, and although this new service will cost users to take out, customers of Be Broadband will be eligible to a discount of 15 percent.

A call out that is made to Geeks-on-Wheels in London will cost users £63.75 for the first hour and then every 30 minutes after this will cost £31.88. A cost of £55.25 for the first hour and then £25.50 every thirty minutes thereafter will be charged in the Surrey, Kent and Sussex area.

The head of marketing at Be Broadband, Oil White said “We’re delighted to team up with Geeks-on-Wheels to give our members the best value when they need professional IT support at home. This partnership allows us to continue to provide the excellent service that Be members expect.”

A total saving of £43 can be made by new customers of Geeks-on-Wheels as they get two months free broadband access with Be Broadband on its 12 month contract with no connection charge.

The broadband service provider, Be Broadband was the first in the UK to offer speeds of up to 24Mbps using ADSL 2+ technology and now provides an impressive range of broadband package to suit every broadband user.
