Customer service from BE Broadband still improving
BE Broadband has enjoyed consistent success when it comes to customer service levels over recent years, and the company has stated that its customer service levels are continuing to improve.
When it comes to customer service levels opinions on Internet and broadband service providers can vary, with some consumers very happy with the customer service levels they receive from their ISP and others unhappy with the level of service that they receive.
One broadband provider, BE Broadband, has enjoyed consistent success when it comes to customer service levels, and various polls and interviews have shown that the majority of customers with BE Broadband are very happy with the level of service that they are receiving from the provider.
The company has now announced that its internal customer satisfaction survey has shown that the level of customer service is continuing to improve, with the results of the survey being highly positive. Tom Williams, the managing director of BE Broadband, said that the company was chuffed with the results of its latest survey. However, he added that this would not result in complacency on the part of the provider, and customer service levels would continue to be improved.
Mr Williams said: “We are not complacent, and we’ll continue to work hard on improving our score further still.” With regards to the landline service that the company is going to be offering from September he added that subscribers “really value the premium quality of our broadband product, so by offering the landline connection too members will have peace of mind that they’ll get the same quality service from us.”
