Be customers very satisfied with service

Customers of the Internet Service Provider Be Broadband seem to be very satisfied with the service that they are receiving, as reflected in the results of a recent survey conducted by consumer group Which?

The consumer group Which? recently carried out a survey into customer satisfaction with broadband providers, and the results showed that the vast majority of customers with one particular provider were very satisfied with the service that they were getting. In fact, the Internet Service Provider, Be Broadband, managed to achieve eighty five percent customer satisfaction scores in the survey.

The scores from the survey were based both on overall customer satisfaction as well as on how likely the customer would be to recommend the provider to others such as friends and family members. The high score achieved by Be Broadband also resulted in it winning a Best Buy Award, which scores areas such as customer satisfaction, ease of set up, reliability, technical support, and connection speed.

An official from Be Broadband said: “This award is a reflection of the hard work that the Be team puts into providing the best possible service to our members. Gaining such a high percentage in this independent survey shows the benefits of being a Be member. Along with a range of initiatives, such as Be Gamer, that bring added value to our members, Be will continue to offer a quality broadband service to all of our members.”

Another industry official stated: “As well as value and customer service, Be also offers a range of added extras such as optimised broadband, which allows you to personalise your connection, prioritising it for everyday use or for speed, reliability or gaming.”

There are three different broadband packages available with Be Broadband, and this includes the Be Value package, the Be Unlimited package, and the Be Pro package.
