BE and O2 keeping customers happy
A recent survey carried out by a broadband industry group has shown that customers seem to be very happy with their Internet and broadband services from BE Broadband and O2.

With such a wealth of broadband and internet service providers to choose from it can be difficult for many people to decide which broadband provider to choose for their internet service. Whilst price is an important factor for most people many are also keen to find a provider that offers high quality services, great customer service levels, reliability and speed.
This is why so many people looking to choose a broadband service take careful note of broadband reviews surveys, as this shows them which providers are coming out on top with other customers. One such survey has seen BE Broadband and O2 come out on top, with customers indicating that they are very happy with the services that they are receiving from these providers.
Over eleven thousand broadband customers were polled as part of the survey and after the votes were cast it seems that these two providers were the best liked by the respondents to the survey. BE Broadband managed to win five out of six key satisfaction categories in the survey. O2 came top in all of the categories for bundled broadband services.
An official involved in the survey said: “Networks are under mounting pressure from the increasingly sophisticated services consumers are using online, and it is only through direct research like ours that the real experience of consumers can be accurately tracked. As competition in the broadband market has increased, a number of small broadband firms have invested heavily in their customer service capability – a move which is clearly paying dividends as Be and O2 swept the board and Plusnet achieved numerous commendations.”
